1.What cookies are and which we use
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device so that it can recognise your browser on a later visit. Ashworth Counsel uses a small number of them: strictly necessary cookies that remember your cookie choice and keep your session working, and optional analytics cookies that are set only after you press "Allow" in the banner. The table below lists every cookie that may appear on ashworth.de, together with its purpose and lifetime.
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| cookieconsent_status | Stores whether you allowed or declined optional cookies | 12 months |
| PHPSESSID | Keeps the technical session while you use the enquiry form | Session |
| _ga | Optional analytics: distinguishes visitors to count page views | 24 months |
| e14_lang | Remembers the language in which pages are shown to you | 6 months |
2.Managing cookies
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser and choosing again in the banner that reappears on your next visit. Every current browser also lets you block or delete cookies generally through its privacy settings, usually with a separate option for third-party cookies. Please note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, the enquiry form and your saved preferences may stop working correctly.
3.Third-party services
Our pages embed a Google Maps frame showing the location of our office and load typefaces from Google Fonts, and these providers may receive your IP address when the content is requested. Optional analytics cookies are placed only with your consent and are used solely in aggregate to see which pages are read most often. We have no control over cookies set by external sites you reach through links from ours, so we recommend reading their own cookie notices before continuing.
